Why be afraid to share THE good news
That breaks every fetter and shackle we’ve known?
Why the shame to speak about Jesus
After we’ve worshipped before His throne?
Consider the person you see on the street
Who is wondering how to survive each day;
You can lead them from defeat
To have Christ on the inside, free from sin’s sway.
The Gospel of Christ is God’s power to save
We are the stewards to disperse it to all
Share what you know and rob the grave
Of receiving another before they realise their call
Each person was born with an assignment to fill
And a life that is lived without Christ just shows
An existence outside the Master’s Will
Swallowing the potential that only God knows
So ask: why shouldn’t I share the love
Of Christ Who died for you and I;
Who rose again on the third day
With those outside Christ…who are just living to die?
WHY be afraid to share THE good news

After we’ve just worshipped before His throne?
