Grace is a gift from God we know

Whereby we’re saved through faith

It is God’s mercy, unmerited favour

His perfect love to show.

 

Grace has appeared to everyone

That’s what the Bible states

To bring salvation, peace with God

A new life He creates.

 

Ungodliness and worldly lusts

Grace teaches to reject

Instead we live a godly life

As God’s holy and elect.

 

That blessed hope is true to us –

King Jesus WILL appear!

The One Who gave Himself for us

And paid a price so dear

 

To redeem us from all lawlessness

And purify our hearts

For we are kings and priests to God -

This is what grace imparts.
